KIMBERLEE EVELAND is founder and president of the company. Raised on her family's centennial farm on Maryland's Eastern Shore, Kim began her career in Washington DC. There she worked on the US Marine Corps account at J. Walter Thompson before moving to Doyle Dane Bernbach and the Mobil Oil account. In 1993, after seven years with DDB, Kim accepted positions at Hill Holliday and then Arnold Worldwide, both $1 billion advertising and marketing firms headquartered in Boston. Her last stop before starting E&P was at Toth Brand Imaging, a noted design and branding company. Kim is the point of contact for every client and manages all client services.
